 CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

It is essential to do so in writing by sending an email to spaingastronomyconference2024@mastercongresos.com

  • 60 days before the conference starts (November 21, 2024): 100% refund of the total amount.
  • Between 60 and 30 days before the congress: refund 50% of the total amount.
  • 30 days before the congress: no amount will be refunded for cancellation.
Refunds will be made once the conference has ended.


 CHANGE OF NAME

Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send someone else (if similar category fee is applicable) in your place at no extra cost.
